Just want to give a moment of appreciation to @jasoncoontz. This guy is all heart ❤️ So many of us are judged so quickly by how we look...I deal with this myself daily...without any idea what’s on the inside of a person. Jason donating his hair to kids w cancer was a powerful & emotional gesture that I needed to see today. So very blessed to have this guy and his energy at this gym. Thank you, Jason! .

We’d like to formally invite our gym family and friends to have an epic cheat day with us 😂 Sunday, February 2nd, we’ll be hosting a super bowl party at the gym! We’ll have a projector and 120” screen for the game and a bounce house for the kids! Jason will be running the bbq and we’ll be doing burgers, brats, and hotdogs! Annual Birthday workout ✅ 🎁. Every year we make the workout not only more difficult, but with heavier weights. Sandi doesn’t lift heavy!! But she is constantly lifting. Training with weights is definitely the fountain of youth! 410lb sled push. 135lb deadlifts. Assisted pull-ups. Not bad for 37 😉🤯 💪🏼. Happy birthday Sandi!! .
